Different Moods And Perspectives At The Salthouse Dock

Above The Photograph was taken on Satlhouse Quay inside The Albert Dock complex.

The building in the background on the left is Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral.

Tourists are depicted on “swan” rides and there is a rowing boat in the boat between the “swan” rides.

Above The image records daytime life in the Salthouse Dock including people wearing life jackets on paddle boards,

who are turning towards the Albert Salthouse Bridge on the far right,  there is also a tourist “swan” ride on the left.

At the processing stage I added a slightly softer appearance to the photograph to create a dreamlike effect

Above The photograph records an atmosphere of early dusk.

The final rays of the sun are reflecting in the Salthouse Dock between the gap in the Walls of the Albert Dock Complex and by the Pumphouse far right.

The Sky is a mixture of subtle lighter to middle tones and are mainly blue.

The absence of life in the water, is another indication that the day is at an end and evening is about to start.
