The Clayton Square Shopping Center was opened in 1988 by Princess Ann. The center is based in the center of Liverpool, holding 55 stores, that include many major retailers. A further attraction is a  restaurant on the top floor (Le Boulevard Café), that provides a relaxing brake for customers, which often has a pianist.  The center also provides an entrance to the “Firehouse pub”, that has disabled toilets. Facilities in the shopping center include toilets, Cash Machine, lifts and escalators.
