In and around an architectural masterpiece!

Above“A Window Of Light” 8/6/2009,  taken at ground level on right side of Salthouse Dock The Royal Albert Dock is silhouetted on the left of this photograph.

The Martin Luther King Building (roof of building is outlined, just beyond Dock Wall on the left) and Pumphouse (outlined by chimney and shape of roof) is also recorded.

Both the Dome shaped roof of the Port Of Liverpool Building and The Liver Buildings are prominently outlined in the photograph (distant right).

Cranes can be seen across the right of the picture, I wanted to detail construction, to show a "mood of change"

I waited for the setting sun to appear through the clouds, transmitting it’s rays through the dock walls, that reflected in he Salthouse Dock, hence the title “A Window Of Light”

Above "Liverpool A Mood Of Change" 8/6/2009, a closer angle taken of the same area in the previous image, the left side of the Salthouse Dock.

By using Liverpool's waterfront architecture and cranes as a central focal point, this enabled me to compose architecture on The Dock Road  in silhouette on the distant right of the photograph.

Further Below a Group of images taken in 2014 as the sun is going down, some are showing life in the form of seagulls.

Details include, a statue of Billy Fury on the left of one picture and a bridge that links the waterfront to the Albert Dock.
