Liverpool's Royal Albert Dock - My Continied Inspirations, Surrounding Area, Landmarks Near And Far

People relax sitting near the Canning Dock (near left), admiring the surroundings including the pumphouse on the far right of the picture, many vessels are berthed in the Canning Dock.

Structures on Liverpool’s Dock Road are recorded on the left.

The Hilton Hotel can just be seen further up on the far left, the actual address of @hiltonliverpool is Thomas Steers Way.

The Kathleen And May Tall Ship (left) is berthed in The Canning Dock, the Pumphouse is composed on the right.

When composing the photograph I included the vessel on the left which appears smaller on the same “level/plane” as the Pumphouse (the bigger structure) giving the picture a sense of scale.

The beauty of Liverpool’s architecture is reflected in and around The Canning Dock.

The Martin Luther King Building (columns and triangular roof frontage) is just to the left of the Pumphouse

By composing the Pumphouse centrally has increased depth in the background, both sides of the Royal Albert Dock complex are recorded, the Merseyside Maritime Museum is on the right, the Edward Pavilion and Atlantic Pavilion  are both on the left.
