Pirate Festival - Pirates On The Dock
15th And 16th September 2018
Royal Albert Dock Liverpool
Introduction
The Pirate Festival was held at the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool 15th and 16th September 2018.
The highlights of these entertaining two days was a pirate parade featuring dressed in a variety of authentic costumes, a mermaid, drummers and a spectacular battle featuring cannons being fired from ships.
Children and parents came dressed as pirates. Pirates posed for photographs to
the delight of visitors at this enjoyable event.
The event generated many crowds, and created a wonderful family atmosphere.
The event was hugely popular and was ideal to photograph enabling me to use my
work to raise awareness for #Bloodwise_uk
