BLOOD CANCER UK AWARENESS
To confirm I am an official supporter of the charity Bood Cancer UK, formerly known as Bloodwise
(Some images previously uploaded before name change below have former logo).
My Photography is my way of "Giving Something Back" after all the life saving treatment that was given to me.
Blood Cancer Awareness Month Is In September
Blood Cancer is the 3rd biggest cancer killer in the UK claiming more lives than breast cancer or prostate cancer. 14000 people loose their lives to blood cancer and related disorders every year in the UK. That's 38 people every day.
It's also the fifth most common cancer: there are 230,000 people living with blood cancer in the UK and 38,000 people are diagnosed each year – that's one person every 14 minutes.

Blood Cancer UK (formerly known as Bloodwise) funds research, offers support, and campaigns for better treatments for people affected by blood cancer.
Blood Cancer UK have achieved incredible progress over the last 60 years funding over £500 million of research which has in turn transformed Blood Cancer treatments and improved survival rates.
But there is still so much more people can do to help Blood Cancer UK
Blood Cancer is the UK’s third biggest cancer killer, and, too often, people with Blood Cancer don’t get the support they need.
The money people donate to Blood Cancer UK will help them take a significant step closer to the day blood cancer is finally beaten.
Thank you very much for your time in reading this text.
